1. The survey was conducted by Opinion Dynamics Corp.
2. Fox News sponsored the research.
3. Potentially because Fox News is seen as a more conservative news channel they could have been more interested in finding negative results for democrats and positive results for republicans. But I believe that the poll is for the most part un-bias.
4. The survey was a national telephone survey of 1200 registered voters from October 26 to October 28.
5. Yes the results are presented in a clear and informative manner.
6. No graphs are used.
