If we are comparing two populations, one where n = 15 and one where n = 45.. What is the proper value for degrees of freedom?

    c. 14

    Why?

    Because when comparing two populations, the degrees of freedom is found by taking the smaller population (n=15) and subtracting 1 (15-1=14).
