Population Studies Question

Give 2 reasons statisticians do not conduct population studies and give 2 reasons why population studies are useful.

    Population studies are very costly and the data provided from them take a lot of time to analyze. However population studies provide 0 standard error, the data is more useful from a population study than a sample.
